  Staff behind the counter without a hairnet or hat on is disgusting! I found hair in my food! A "manager" always on her phone or outside with family so we could talk about staff not having a hairnet or hat is rude and unprofessional. I have seen her plenty of times doing this.

  Don’t offer delivery if you can’t fulfill it. And instead of giving me the opportunity to pickup they just cancelled my order. What a joke. And on top of all that it will take a week to get my money back.

  The food was fantastic the clean environment was well, however the girl that is short with glasses with pink and black hair was very rude and disrespectful! We were a party of 3 and had 3 separate orders. She combined my order with one of my peers, so I she said it’ll be out in 5 min. 15 min go by and we ask where it’s at and she said it would be another 5 min, however it took 10 minutes while I was waiting I noticed her talking to other employees while not checking in with us laughing and having a good time without focusing on the people she had to serve , my drink was low and she seen that but didn’t ask if I needed a refill. Before this I asked for a side of ranch but when she brought the food she didn’t give me ranch so I politely asked for ranch and a refill of my drink, she came back, tossed the ranch on the table and walked away without saying anything. We got our receipt and paid for it , it took her 8 minutes to see that we were ready to pay she finally took the card and ran it came back tossed it back onto the table and walked away without saying anything not even a “have a good day” . She was very rude and disrespectful. The others are nice people and very friendly , however not this young woman.

  Ordered over the phone for carryout today for lunch. I ordered 5 ham and cheese sandwiches, asked for the dressing on the side, received no dressing on the sandwiches or on the side. Ordered 6-piece honey BBQ wings and received another sandwich in place of the wings. The lady on the phone confirmed my order so I'm not sure what went wrong here, will not be a repeat customer though.

  Updated review from 1 to 4 stars, eventho they were out of cheese sticks this time. Isaiah the mod was very apologetic and made it right Very disappointed in this location. First they gave us the wrong pasta, when my daughter goes back up there they then tell her they ran out of Alfredo so the assistant said she'll do a partial refund. After over a week my daughter calls to inquire about the refund, they say they fix it, after another week she calls and speaks to a different manager he says he'll get it processed. Still nothing, so we decide to order again and I call and am told they will not charge us tonight and put a free pasta on my account. Well guess what my husband still had to pay after we were told they'd take care of it. Horrible customer service and unfortunately the only pizza hut in town. Guess we'll have to go to Casey's from now on when we want pizza.
