  Sat at the drive thru speaker almost 10 minutes before they took our order then moved forward one space and sat for 15 more minutes before. Calling to see what the hold up was. 4 cars waiting on one order of wings to get done while everyone else's food was done sitting getting cold

  I didn't exactly stop by at an ideal time, about 3:30pm. I didn't have time to wait for fresh wings, so I opted for chicken. Chicken was good, wedges and the staff working were friendly and helpful.

  My wife just waited almost ten minutes to order in the drive threw to get a canTina chicken bowl with three pieces of chicken on it? Small little cubes not big chunks at all and the rest of it was really skimpy eight dollars for something that was the size of a two dollar taco.

  My usual complaint with this place is the drive-thru service and how long it takes. Tonight, I ordered ahead online and picked up inside. My chicken was awful, and had clearly been in the warmer for several hours. No meat, dry, not fresh at all. Sides were fine. Service was ok.

  Having to ask for napkins, fork and sauces from employees who obviously don't care about the customers. When they get the order wrong, they make it seem like the customer is wrong. The Tea is never working. Trying to get the sour cream i paid extra for the employee who is training for in trouble for helping after asking 3 employees to help me and we waited 7 minutes while they were messing around gossiping or talking to friends in the pick up window. Place sucks lately
