When they get the order wrong, they make it seem like the customer is wrong. The Tea is never working. Trying to get the sour cream i paid extra for the employee who is training for in trouble for helping after asking 3 employees to help me and we waited 7 minutes while they were messing around gossiping or talking to friends in the pick up window.
