    I ordered the breakfast and they gave me half an egg. It was chopped up for some reason and no utensils do better.

    As usual, problems with the drive thru. Only one car ahead of me. Had to "pull ahead" and wait 16 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. Got home and the plain burger I ordered was slathered in ketchup and pickles.

    Understaffed very obviously. Which always falls back on management. Staff are rightfully frustrated, which I believe is making them take everything less seriously. Long story short, poor management and staffing is hindering performance.

    The fries were cold. And should of been free with McDonald's app. So they messed that up. This was in the drive thru.
