  when i pulled up to the speaker waiting for them to say something, he yelled asking if i was gonna order. later when i asked for hot sauce, he was annoyed and put giant handfuls into my bag. i had a bag full of sauce. some fell into my car and outside the drive thru window as he put it in. worst and weirdest drive thru person i’ve ever experienced by far. went back one more time and never did again the entire time i lived in fort dodge because this place sucks lol.

  Staff was extremely rude. Stated they had no utensils to eat your food. We had to go to the Dollar Tree and buy a package of forks. Staff laughed at us and said it wasn't their job to provide anything, they just had to take our order.

  Corporate needs to do something about this store. EVERYTHING is bad. Service bad. Food bad. Wait times atrociously bad. Either staff this place and keep the food stocked or shut it down.

  They were out of everything. Out of chicken, taco shells, cinnamon twists, nachos cheese, chips, and would not let us order more than 2 boxes. The service sounded like a cross between bored and annoyed. Did not listen to our order customizations, and also the food was terrible and cold.

  Zero customer service .. they don’t understand what customer want they just ignore they act like they don’t have things in the menu
