Pedí algo y me dieron lo que no era, volví y pedí lo que quería y el jovencito estaba tirando los ingredientes en mala forma, el "drizzle" de peanut butter y/o de miel lo hacen en mala forma tomando más sabor de eso que de lo otro que llevan los bowls. Se puede observar como usan la misma tabla de picar para todo y el mismo cuchillo. Deberían enseñar a sus empleados a ser un poco más responsables comenzando con quién los dirige en cada momento. Por qué es muy buen lugar y por cosas sencillas puede quitarle las ganas a uno de no regresar

I pulled around to let him know that there button was broken and he said that he just unplugged it and that it’s not his fault in a very rude tone. Then continued to point and talk about me to his co workers. Tropical has always had a great environment but this was the worst costumer service I have had from them.
