  I normally never write reviews but I had to for this experience. I asked for a takeout but they gave me a tray to dine in, after they realized the mistake (before I even grabbed the tray) they said they will fix it but I told them that I was in no rush and will dine in. This was a great choice because I asked for a shake right as they opened the lunch menu so the machine wasn’t ready to go quite yet so I had to wait. Most places probably would’ve told me no to the shake because they weren’t ready yet but they insisted that I wait due to the already confusing interaction. Keisha (worker) then asked if I would like a drink on the house since I had to wait, I told her that it’s ok and I don’t need one but then a few minutes later she grabbed a cup and said please grab something to drink while you wait so I took it and I’m so glad she did that. After a few more minutes went by my shake was done and they upgraded me to a large for the long wait. I couldn’t remember the name of the other girl that gave me the shake but she was also very nice. Thank you to the Arby’s team, you guys turned my morning around. Keisha definitely deserves a raise!

  No complaints with the food, but went into the men’s bathroom and there was white substance sprayed all over the floor in the stalls.

  I had the lunch box came with a fish sandwich fries mozzarella cheese sticks and a peach cobbler for $7.99 it was hot and delicious
