Would have shoved it right in their face if I wouldn’t have waited till I was five miles down the road. Will never stop there again!

They must have gotten fresh meatballs from the fridge and not adjusted cooking time because that sucker was COLD. Same temperature as the fridge in the middle, barely warm at the ends. No way they didn’t notice how chilly it was when wrapping it. Even the bread was lukewarm and barely toasted and it should be hot to the touch. Disgusting.
