They then forgot to give us most of our food, and when we went inside to get it, she claimed it was already in the bag and refused to compensate us. So we bit the bullet and bought more, even though we had already paid. Atleast 3 people working, no reason we should have to wait nearly half an hour for drive through food. Don’t bother going here if you value your time

The problem was, after waiting for my fresh chicken sandwich, I get my bag and go home to find a WHOLE WHOPPER!! The SHAPE is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP?! It wasn't worth driving back to wait another 3 minutes on what may or may not be what I ordered! On a good note, the Whopper was at least fresh! The fries tasted like they were bagged and left on the counter while I waited for my CH/OPPER!! (Chicken/Whopper)

I called back in to let the manager know and it was in fact the same lady. She was extremely rude to me. Good news there is no mustard in the mayo they use as she read the ingredients.

Minutes to get it then as I pulled away, all I had in my was two whoppers I went in and the drive up gal says to me "We can't take food over-the-counter. You'll have to throw it away." No, I'm sorry or anything so I turned around and threw it away and waited on my plain double cheeseburgers. I go back out to my car and check and I have two double cheeseburgers with everything on them So I go back in the store tell the girl these are not plain she says nothing to me Turns around and gets two burgers ready to go. So I waited another five minutes on those. This person needs to get some people skills. Food was great.
