- LFLauren Friddle2 days ago1.0The experiences had here was absolutely terrible on Sunday April 26, 2026. I went to use points from the Burger King app I even showed the cashier that I had enough points to get a whopper. They typed in the number for the rewards. It took points from my app and then they told me the system timed out. I then checked my points balance and the amount of points for the whopper was removed but they said they couldn’t do anything for me and then told me they had nothing to do with the perks that they don’t know what to tell me, and then the assistant manager proceeded to get loud and ignorant Saying he was having a bad day then proceeded in saying he has nothing to do with the perks when I should be able to use them at any Burger King anywhere in the United States. After about 10 minutes of going back-and-forth, he made the burger and was absolutely rude about it. I will never stop at this Burger King ever again the way they treated the customer was absolutely ridiculous and he should not be an assistant manager at all no matter he’s having a bad day or not.
