  Terrible experience. Made me go through drive thru twice just to pay because the first time the worker was too busy talking to take my payment and then the second window worker refused to simply take my payment to the first window because a line was forming due to their negligence.

  If you want at least an average McDonalds you have to leave the QC. QC McDonalds are complete 🗑️

  We had freezing cold cookies. I took it up to the front and then he made us a brand new batch for free.

  I went and got the worst service at the second window. The girl who was helping me gave me such a bad attitude because I had asked her to grab something that she had forgot to put in my bag. Rolled her eyes, shook her head To the girl next to her like I wouldn’t see that and then she like basically throws it in my hand. Mind you this is my first time at this location. I called the manager over. He proceeded to tell me that she is very shy and he can’t really do anything about it. And that hes Well, I think the manager needed to take it much serious more serious because you will lose customers. I was very upset. I didn’t even get the manager’s name, but he was a night manager, a young guy. Whoever owns this McDonald’s really needs to talk about this because customer service is a number one should be in every workplace. Awful management. Will not be back to that McDonald’s ever again.
