I called the manager over. He proceeded to tell me that she is very shy and he can’t really do anything about it. And that hes Well, I think the manager needed to take it much serious more serious because you will lose customers. I was very upset. I didn’t even get the manager’s name, but he was a night manager, a young guy. Whoever owns this McDonald’s really needs to talk about this because customer service is a number one should be in every workplace. Awful management. Will not be back to that McDonald’s ever again.
