I went and got the worst service at the second window. The girl who was helping me gave me such a bad attitude because I had asked her to grab something that she had forgot to put in my bag. Rolled her eyes, shook her head To the girl next to her like I wouldn’t see that and then she like basically throws it in my hand. Mind you this is my first time at this location. I called the manager over. He proceeded to tell me that she is very shy and he can’t really do anything about it. And that hes Well, I think the manager needed to take it much serious more serious because you will lose customers. I was very upset. I didn’t even get the manager’s name, but he was a night manager, a young guy. Whoever owns this McDonald’s really needs to talk about this because customer service is a number one should be in every workplace. Awful management. Will not be back to that McDonald’s ever again.

Usually everything is good. But lately in the morning a young lady is rude. After ordering and listening to her I just said cancel the order. 11-25-25 6:20 am.

All of them don't have the sense to speak They are angry They take time to process orders, and the service is poor. They serve bad food. The entire staff will need to be replaced if this is to continue seriously 🤦♂️👎👎👎
