  Worst service ever! Do not come here! I had left my purse behind at a booth I was sitting at. I had realized I left it and within 5 minutes and called the store. The girl that answered said she would check for me. She then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t there. I then told her where I was seated and asked if she could check there and she told me she had. I then had to drive back to the store to check for myself and behold my purse was sitting at the booth I told the worker it would be at. When I confronted the worker that took the call she proceeded to lie to me stating she wasn’t sure if she took the phone call or not. She stated it could be another female coworker that took it and when I asks to speak with her she said she wasn’t available. Then another female came out and said thag she also wasn’t the one who took the phone call and said there was another female cow worker that was here 45 minutes ago. Mind you it has been 10 minutes since I called and showed up to the store so I know she was lying to me. I had asked to speak with that coworker and she said that she just left. I had asked for their names and they refused to give them to me and then proceeded to say that I was no longer welcome at the store. Do not come to this place they do not care about their customers or trying to make things right.

  Always ordered there for delivery ! Always used to be good not so much anymore ! Won’t let us you a coupon because it’s online only but there online service don’t work and they even admitted that tonight when we ordered but did not do anything about it chicken taste like it was the last pulled off the buffet used to recommend this place for chicken not anymore ! Customer service and quality tanked .

  We came for dinner around 4:30. 7 adults and 8 kids. Staff was very helpful over the phone beforehand. We ordered some pizzas ahead of time while kids got the buffet. They had us sit in the party room. Pizza was good. Buffet is $17.00 per adult and 1.25* a kids age for kids. Kids liked the ice cream machine and the arcade. Show up early for big groups. No reservations on Friday

  Got there at 7:20. And when worker came from back was greeted with we close in a half hour. Which they close at 8 and we stop putting food out at 7:40. And in a rude tone like we were inconvenience to her. No how are you doing? Not even a hi or hello. Not only that she doesn't know how to tell time. So we walked out.
