  Pizza and bread sticks were very good, hot and fresh. Order was delivered at the time they said it would be. Driver was polite and courteous! 😊😊😊

  Food is good, but be prepared for a long wait time whether you pick it up or have it delivered.

  Was greeted with a friendly i remember you. We forgot your wings last night. Let me make you some new ones. Very gracious. Foods always tasty. Very friendly man who works the front. Always a busy place. Thank you!

  ordered on the website and it took just under 3 hours to come. got the big box dinner with some extras, and never received the cheese sticks or extra marinara. they gave us extra ranch tho. girl delivery driver was cool, her gps gave her the wrong address and she showed me when she arrived which was the main problem. “Mike” made our order over again after i called and got sent to the call center 3 different times AND the delivery driver calling me to confirm the address- the order finally got sent to the correct address, just missing the cheese sticks and marinara:(. pizza was good tho ig.

  I really hate that we can’t reach the local establishment now. I’m redirected to customer service and the rudest CSR are always the ones to answer. I placed an order and realized that I accidentally sent it to my work address. I immediately tried to contact Pizza Hut at the local number.. but must’ve been redirected. When I finally got through to someone.. I explained what happened & the lady just hung up on me. So I called back & got through again to another lady.. she helped me cancel the order but was rude about it. Then after helping me, must’ve forgotten to mute her mic cause she started making sighing noises like helping me was just too much for her. Extremely disappointed especially when my son absolutely loves Pizza Hut so I order from them quite often & after that.. I really don’t have the desire to order again. Maybe I’ll try some other pizza places where I’m not treated like an inconvenience for a tiny mistake.
