Every person I watched walk in got their subs made while mine sat by the side. App even said they were ready when clearly they weren't as I was sitting inside waiting. When I asked just to make sure I was told they were being made. They got pushed to the side... Real nice subway. Only took an extra 9 minutes after my app said my order was ready, having to wait for everybody else's orders to be made before mine.
