- JJJ JagerOct 14, 20251.0Ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken sandwich. I asked for mayonnaise on the top of the sandwich and l was rudely told it went on first. When l tried the sandwich l found that the chicken or the mayonnaise was did not taste fresh. I told the manager named Rosmi there was a problem with this sandwich. She did not acknowledge my complaint, only shook her head and hands telling me everything was fine. Did not offer to make another sandwich or give a refund. She just turned and walked away. I have stopped here many times but l refuse to return.

Agreed to give me a refund and when 2 weeks went by without a refund I contacted them again to which the general manager spoke to me and said rosmi would contact me that following Monday. She never contacted me and I finally was able to get ahold of her on Wednesday (because they NEVER answer the phone) to which she argued on the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. I’ve been coming to this location for years and this was the first time I had a complaint to the point I wanted a refund. As long as you don’t need a refund for anything you’ll be fine! They act like they never mess up sandwiches so a refund is never going to happen with Rosmi- apparently she’s got the hands of god and has never made a mistake a day in her life. 🙄
