- MEmike E4 days ago1.0Where do I start? Someone takes my order, then another says they can't hear me and I need to pull up to the window! Then I wait at the window for 5 minutes, until somebody opens up and ask what do I want! I proceeded to give her my order and I wait for 17 minutes while cars behind me are receiving their orders and pulling around me! Upon receiving my order, there is no apology for the extreme wait or the inconvenience of ordering at the window, delaying my order. Obviously the two doubles had to be made but were not freshly hot! Not sure why something is always awry with this place and why I even continue to come back but this was the worst experience I've ever had!

The restroom is clean and the restaurant is well maintained. The staff is kind. That being said always check your order before pulling out. They have messed it up a couple of times but they will fix the issue no problem.

All in all, still the same old sonic I have had in the past. It was a bit pricey due to having to pay full price.
