The environment wasn't as good as I expect from Panera. They weren't even slightly busy and we passed sitting at two or three booths that didn't appear to have clean tables. There were small pieces of paper that remained, indicating that they weren't cleaned after the previous guests. Also, when I went to pick up our order, there were two flies walking around on the same countertop. Not exactly what you expect or want to see in late October, or anytime really. What happened to the microwave in the customer area? I like that convenience so I can re-heat a warm beverage or soup to my preference.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese, which there was no fork or spoon provided and not a single napkin. The Mac & cheese was also over cooked mush. Will not be back.
