  They mess up my order every single time I come here. I specifically asked for no mayo and they put mayo on my sub. The lady at the counter was taking drive through orders while taking mine. Last time I ordered a turkey tom which does not come with peppers, the man on the drive through speakers asked if I wanted peppers to which I said no, when I went to eat it there were peppers on the sub. Seriously. How hard can it be to make a sub correctly when I specifically tell you what I do and do not want on my sub.

  This is the worst JJ in town. Employees all seem like I’m bothering them and my order is frequently incorrect or missing items.

  Ordered online for delivery to my job and took about 25-30mins to get to me when I’m 2-3mins away driver said they ran out of bread and when I went to eat my sandwich I could tell she was right as the bread wasn’t even baked right it looked like and how are you running out of bread when your literally a sandwich based restaurant and at 1-2 in the afternoon when people typically get lunch and then on top of the bread situation they forget provolone cheese which they charge $1 plus for to add and that was missing. Management should probably be at this location more as it’s by far the worst even when I get it at the drive thru window they still take forever to have the order ready idk what the problem is.

  Walked in and the music is so loud nobody can understand you, they totally messed up my order. The kid taking orders was so confused I didn’t even bother asking for them to fix it. It’s a cold sandwich, it’s not rocket science. Everyone seemed to busy doing delivery orders, I really used to Like Jimmy John’s but for the price I am just going to Jersey Mikes. I have never had a bad experience there and sandwiches are so much bigger and better. Take a look at all the reviews, this is were your profit is going, I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
