  Went into Chipotle tonight and they had no white rice or lettuce and their brown rice wasn't even fully cooked, it was still crunchy. When I asked for queso and Cilantro lime sauce I had to wait for them to refill them and wad given a very small amount of both. All around a disappointing experience. I wish I could say this is a rare occasion but every other time I come in they out of something.

  Raised my review to five stars ⭐️ This location has made some changes and it seems to be running more smoothly. Food was fresh and important to me, put together with care…. They hooked me up and were very friendly. Keep up the good work.

  It was ok,the soda fountain, mostly all the drinks were not available due to be seltzer only. The food was pretty good. The service was good!

  Completely happy with prices, service, food, portion sizes, quality of food, kindness and professionalism of their (much younger than me!) staff! Only issue, ever can be the cleanliness of the customer seating area, but - I get it! - when there is the normal lunch/dinner crowds and at least 2/3rds are to go orders, wiping and sweeping come in second! Otherwise GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD!

  If I could give this chipotle a 0 star I would. Im a college student athlete and every time I order chipotle from this location the portion never fails to be awful. I've literally never been to a chipotle this unorganized and careless. I ordered a bowl and got it delivered to me and it was literally halfway full, I will include a photo below. I called the delivery company and got a refund and wanted to reorder it because I was genuinely hungry and wanted chipotle after my game. I also then called the chipotle store, spoke to the manager and let them know I was upset with the portion size and I am going to reorder to please give me a reasonable sized portion they said they would, so i reordered it and prayed. It comes and honestly ill give them credit for filling it with maybe about a scoop more of rice than the last one but its still not even a reasonable portion and is still basically halfway full. Whatever! Will probably never order again and just try to find my way to go in person and have to ask them to fill up their bowls which is so stupid you even have to do that. If you are thinking of ordering a bowl online for delivery just save yourself the money and frustration because you will be starving after still with the portion size they give !
