  I showed up 30 minutes before close I know annoying but they are open so I should be servered right? Well I drive up to the drive thru speaker and the digital menu sign is completely off the ai asked if I was placing a mobile order I said no and then dead silence for over 5 minutes so I pulled through assuming they were closed but just as I suspected there were employees just standing inside staring at me like I had done something wrong and didn't say a word just stared at me so I left this place should be closed down they aren't even doing their jobs.

  Pesimo servicio el mas horrible q he tenido en mi vida las personas q atienden estan molestas siempre y estan pegando entre ellos con gritos y parece q estan drogados y además uno me quiso golpear el mas horrible servicio

  this was probably the worst customer service i’ve ever seen 😭😭 me and my boyfriend were actually laughing about how bad this was. we asked for a minute to look at the menu since we haven’t ate here in a while. she kept rushing us. saying that we have been looking for 3 minutes so we need to hurry. mind you, every 30 seconds she was say something to make us hurry. then she said that we can pull back around the go behind the car that was behind us because her “system shut down” even tho she didn’t have no issue taking the next cars order. we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else because we seemed like we were bothering her too much by ordering from there.

  Food was good, had to customize cause they didnt have a type of tortilla? Pulled up to the window to pay, my bag was basically whipped at me, and then when I asked for hot sauce I was handed an oversized amount from a teenager which was just dropped in my hand while the other 20 packets landed in the drive thru for people to run over. The workers seemed annoyed and I was the only one in the drive thru 🙄

  Went in for dinner and was refused to be served. The workers were singing along to music and making eye contact with customers but wouldn’t take orders. This lady with her pants halfway down her legs was yelling at everyone and even punched an employee. There were several opportunities for us to be served, and we were not. I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away from this sad excuse for a Taco Bell. Yall aren’t in high school anymore and you have a job to do. Grow up.
