  I am very disappointed to say the least. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme and a regular sized Nacho fries and a large soda. First, the crunch wrap on the menu board at drive up says 6.99 but aibwas charged 7.59. I know its not a huge deal but its the principle. Then the Nacho fries were so hard I couldn't even bite into them. And the ones I could bite into were very chewy. Not fresh at all. You could tell they were redipped in the grease to warm them up. My dogs can't even eat them. Sure its 230 in the afternoon but that doesn't mean I should get the leftovers from lunch. Then to top it off, the store is out the pennies so I had to eat the difference. Again, not a big deal but the store should be eating the change if they don't carry the correct denomination. It adds up when you do it multiples times a day to multiple customers for multiple days. If you are not going to carry pennies, then change the menu to reflect that. Overcharged for the crunch wrap, old, hard Nacho fries and not the correct change. This manager should be fired...do better Taco Bell.

  Ordered from door dash an hour before closing time. 3 different dashers showed up and proceeded to cancel. The last dasher let me know that the Taco Bell told them “their grill is broken” so they could not complete my order. However Taco Bell did not and would not cancel my order. Disgusting service.

  The reviews are true. Inappropriate music with swear words and explicit language so we had to find somehwere else to take the kids to eat their food. The dinning room was a mess and every table was dirty. How embarrassing for the managers to allow their establishment to be run so poorly.

  Becky was horrible. She forgot my crunchy taco which is the whole reason I went to this specific location. Also, I specifically asked for a dirty soda, and they left that soda clean as hell. I’m livid. Please fix this immediately. My children love this location. But not anymore. I am anticipating a quick turnaround of customer service as soon as possible.

  I think its beyond rude that you can go inside if you doordash, but if you dont have a vehicle and its after a certain time I just dont deserve to eat? I work til midnight and am living nearby currently . I asked my boyfriend to go get me some nachos fries after work and they said no when he came inside, told him he had to do the drive thru, they had taken his whole order and he was about to pay when what I can only assume is the manager (very rudely) kept yelling no at him. Nobody else was even there or in line. I can see why that could be an issue but why are people who dont have vehicles not able to order inside at the very least?! Also EFFECTIVE communication is key in any situation and the man working was just a dick about it. There's a way to say and approach situations, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A MANAGER. SMH
