When I got to checkout I saw a scanner so naturally and unknowingly I put the QR code there. The lady checking me out instead of kindly fixing my mistake rudely says “don’t do it until I tell you to”, in an extremely rude tone. We were there two days prior, my sister had also used a QR code then but I did not order with her, this lady then makes an assumption “show it at the beginning of the line, like I told you last time you were here”, referring to my sister. I had no idea what she was talking about, she made a quick assumption then just looked at me stupid. Apart from that she wasn’t even dressed appropriately, wearing ripped jeans and a crop top with some sort of cropped sweater to the kitchen seriously?Normally I wouldn’t care it’s not my business, but she went out of her way to make my night bad. I genuinely felt dumbfounded from the way she talked to me, I wanted to cry I still told her to have a good night because we are all people and we make mistakes, but that is no way to treat loyal paying customers. The food was mediocre at best I thought places mix the food in the burrito but I guess not. All of the same topping was on one side of the sandwich, making it uncomfortable to eat, I mixed it myself at home.

On our last visit, my wife asked for plain white rice with no cilantro, which she has ordered this way for 10 years. The rude nasty girl yelled that" they don't do that". We both stated that my wife is allergic to cilantro. The girl stated " that's too bad.". Obviously we left, and have never went back.
