  Pizza Hut has been great especially since mobing from the south side. The limited pizza huts over there are really bad and have been for many years. I have had great service from the Pizza Hut off grand ave for the past one year. Although they never have delivery drivers that’s not a huge problem since they employ DoorDash now

  Using Door Dash is a bad idea. I specifically order from stores that delivered for themselves to avoid DD. They are terrible and I usually do not have a good experience. Door Dash is the dollar store version of delivery. Ordered from Pizza Hut so I would have a pleasant experience. Well fooled me. I was promptly notified it would be Door Dashed to me. And just as is most common it was a terrible experience, the driver was rude and inevitably refused to deliver. He couldn't read an apartment complex sign to see where the correct apartment was. I even sent him a picture of the map that showed where he was and I put an "x" where I was. Still couldn't find me. He took my pizza back to the store. Door Dash did a redelivery and then I got the Dasher Zach. He is one of the GREAT ones. I have had him before for Door Dash and every time it has been a good experience. This time he had a little trouble finding me but he kept trying and didn't give up until he got me my pizza. It took him several minutes which hurts his ratings as DD times your deliveries but he still took the time. What a stand up guy. There are a few other good DDs around here but they are like unicorns. Hard to find and hard to get. So I avoid DD. Please stop using them. Maybe hire Zach as your dedicated delivery driver and pay him WELL to incentivize him to be exclusive to PH. The pizza was cold by the time I got it. Not Zach's fault. Not the employees fault at PH. It was the choice to use DD only partially but mostly it is DD's fault because they hire literally anyone.

  Came in to order food… female worker was extremely rude and unhelpful. Came out and yelled at my mother who speaks louder due to hearing loss. My mother was complimenting another customer and was very polite. Got my order wrong. Unapologetic and refused to make order correct. If you don’t enjoy customer service while working food service, get a different job!
