This McDonald's had consistently good food for decades, and had long time staff working there who seemed to know how the place needed to be run. That is no longer the case. Staff is friendly enough, but the food seldom seems to be at the level of quality it should be. Specifically entree items and fries don't seem to be fresh made often enough. I came back here to try the Big Arch burger. Reluctantly, because I wanted to like this burger, and I thought I could if it was prepared correctly, and it was substantially, every part but the patties, they were not fresh and were dry, kind of ruining the sandwich. I ordered a second double quarter pounder with a receipt coupon, and customized it with extra onions, so I knew it would be assembled fresh. The problem was not-fresh patties, because I had eliminated the possibility of it having been just sitting there. The verdict, which is not based on an isolated visit, is that it seems entree items are prepared too far in advance too often, making quality inconsistent.
