  Know where to begin, but the bottom line is they were making my sandwich and it was clearly burned the edges were burned black I merely said to the gentleman " I can't eat that bro the bun will be too hard," I did not need to elaborate my dental problems but even if I wanted to I didn't get a chance because some gentleman approximately 8 to 10 ft away, " not even sure how he could see the sandwich," volunteered his opinion, " that's the way that they come out," a brief conversation ensued for about less than 10 seconds where i said please dont insult me," before he started actually using cuss words towards me ( I just hope the video and audio is still intact and there when I go in tomorrow and or again on Monday ) to talk to the owner of this restaurant. This person should not be working in the retail industry. Oh and until this crazy person is gone I'm going to Boycott this location and slam it on FB. All 12k plus ofy followers will hopefully stand with me. PS a $43 order walked out your door and if only 20 of my Southside people boycott ? You could stand to lose a grand every week or so !!!! Imagine if I get 100 ?? Buh Bye Shop

  Jimmy John's always makes great sandwiches. I always order on the app for drive thru pickup and never have to wait. It's great.

  Had the best gargantuan sandwich!! He told me he made the best sandwich’s and he was right!! They were very friendly. I wish I got his name he was awesome!!! Thank you!

  If only I could give them zero stars. I don't think it's hard to count to 2. I'd spell the number out, but I don't think the staff could read it. Wife payed for 2 sandwiches, they put 1 in the bag and thought it was good. Called them with a screaming toddler in the background and they asked if I want to drive to come get it. Worst Jimmy John's experience ever.
