    This happens to be a very good Taco Bell location. Consistent, usually fast, fills the food items up (no skimping on portions), and has pretty friendly staff.

    Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Taco Bell location. I placed a mobile pickup order and went through the drive-thru to collect it. No one responded at the payment window, and I was told to pull forward and wait. After waiting, I was informed they had no fries available. When I asked what I was supposed to do instead, the employee said they would ask the manager — and then I was left waiting another 15–20 minutes. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold, stale, and appeared unhygienic. I walked inside the restaurant to address the issue directly, but instead of resolving it professionally, I was told rudely to “ask for a refund on the app.” There was no apology and no effort to fix the situation. What made it worse was the comment when I walked in to ask for a complaint — “wow, he walked straight in.” The tone felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. After they noticed I was submitting a complaint through the app, an employee came outside and said they could “turn on the fryer and make new ones.” Unfortunately, by that point, it was already too late. I had already waited far too long and the experience had been handled poorly from the beginning. The overall interaction made me feel uncomfortable and poorly treated. If this location cannot properly fulfill mobile orders or serve customers respectfully, it should temporarily close rather than provide poor service and questionable food quality. This place needs better management, improved customer service, and serious attention to food safety. I did not feel safe or valued as a customer.

    Takes 45 minutes to get 4 items and they’re typically wrong. Just genuinely awful service

    We waited AN HOUR to get 3 tocos!!!! The workers were so rude, we could see that they weren’t really doing anything but standing or just walking around. I do NOT recommend unless you want to wait over an hour to get food. I’m very disappointed

    The woman with the cold sore, should not be working there as it’s contagious, especially while handling food and talking to people-@TacoBell- do better when hiring people
