Great staff, all are welcoming and polite. Food has never left me hungry, all food made with a heart full of love. THE ATMOSPHERE is amazing, during the holidays the store looks like a winter wonderland.

Traveling in multiple states for the Holidaze! Started the long journey home and we decided fast food for a quick dinner. I tried the New Cheesy Steak mini Burritos w/spicy jalapeño dippin sauce. Pretty fantastically yummy if I may say so! 2 for $5.99. I wanted one of each and could only order 1 style, unless I bought 2 orders. 🤔 Steak's better for me so "no foul". Sorry hurry on down and getcha some!

If I could give 0 stars I would! You gotta place your order on The kiosk because there’s never anyone at the front smh not even someone to greet you. If you want your food the fast, just go through the drive as they prioritize those orders first. Place your order inside on the kiosk and wait 15 to 20 minutes while they just pump out orders for the drive-through and just pretend like they don’t see you. That’s not how it’s supposed to do things, you’re supposed to complete whichever order comes in first it’s just common sense.

Stop making ordering at kiosks normal. If I want to use it, I will. But if I'd like to order at the register that should be an option too. Have you considered if a blind person was to come in, they can't order at a screen? I stood up to the front counter and I believe the manger came up to me and asked if I was grabbing a to go order. I said no and she literally turned around and did something else and then came back to take my order minutes later. I was literally the only person to have an order taken from the register and will probably be the only one. Lol.

“It’s your taste buds”…
My recent visit to this Taco Bell was exceptionally disappointing. The tortillas and taco shells had a distinctly rancid, almost plastic-like flavor, something I have never experienced at this location before. It was immediately clear that something was off.
When I raised this concern with the manager, I was met with the explanation that the issue was simply “my taste buds.” Not only was this response dismissive, but the manager also made no effort to take responsibility or make the situation right, instead placing the blame entirely on the customer. This is especially troubling considering that I have ordered the same items many times without any issues.
Additionally, a quick look through online forums shows that many customers across different locations have reported similar complaints about the flavor of Taco Bell tortillas, suggesting this may be a recurring product-quality problem rather than a personal preference.
To make matters worse, I was informed that no refund can be issued once food has been tasted—a policy that makes little sense, as the only way to identify food quality issues is by tasting the food.
Overall, the combination of questionable product quality, a rigid and unreasonable policy, and a manager unwilling to acknowledge or address the issue made for a very disappointing experience. I hope the store reevaluates both its standards and its approach to customer service.
