  If I could leave a negative 4 stars, I would!!!! They literally dumped my nacho fries, upside down. I had to dig them out and box them myself!!! Then they give me 3… freaking THREE busted up nacho chips. This is bull. The freaking employees were messy too. No freaking thank you! I did reach out to the actual corporate people, left very deserved scathing reviews. They really need to send them to this location. I’ll drive 40 minutes to Waukee from now on -.- Gonna be real, reading through all these reviews, I know now that my experience wasn’t a one-off kinda thing! What the hell? I work in customer service, I could never imagine allowing the quality of my work be this poor…: corporate really needs to investigate this location, along with SW 9th and SE 14th. The only good ones are grimes and waukee. Utterly depressing

  Newly decorated building inside and out with delicious food. Staff is always ready to help you if you can't figure out the ordering machines.

  Attempted to eat here through the drive through. There were zero cars in front or behind me the entire time. I pulled up to the menu and asked for a minute to look. The girl proceeded to keep asking me over and over to order without giving me any time to look at the menu. Within a maximum of 90-120 seconds of me pulling up to the window, a 2nd person took over and insisted I order immediately. No exaggeration when I say 90-120 seconds and no other cars were waiting. I told them nevermind, and they were more than happy to oblige to not having to cook another order. Would not recommend at all if you might possibly not know what you want ahead of time.
