    I will stop going to panera from now on. This is the second time they are showing me that they dont pay attention to customers' orders and their pictures are nothing like the actual products. First, look at that sandwich- no chicken and rotten avacados. I posted it on Instagram because I was pissed. Second picture is from todays order. Banana Strawberry smoothie. Look at the picture they have on their web site- pink, thick and fully blended consistency. But the smoothie I got has chunks of ice in it and the color is so diluted and tastes awfull. What kind of smoothie has chunks of ice in them. Very very dissappointed.

    Monday lunchtime and only 1 person working the counter. For some reason they didn’t think Monday after the new year would be ‘so busy’. Got a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. About an inch thick with lettuce and tomato and it fell apart at the first bite. That bread is not a good choice for that sandwich filling. The food was good and it was ready quickly.

    A car in front of Me just order a regular soup and a sandwich, and yet I always have to wait 10 to 16 minutes in the driveway. why does Panera bread driveway take "sooooo damn long!" To get your food ready? Why is always this? I Don't even get it... do they need to make a damn soup and wait to boil so it can be ready every damn time a car orders some? Ridiculous....
