Waited at the window for another couple minutes but she never came back so we left. Don’t waste your time.

Its just really not worth it to me to ever go back, the sad thing is panera 20 years ago had some pretty high quality food but alas it has fallen victim to the current trend of raise prices, cut quality, and cut portions given.
- HMheidi mauroOct 6, 20251.0In drive through close to 30 min then pull up realize they forgot my kids cookies so I call them they say to come in and i explain that I have 3 small kids in the car don’t want to get them all out in the rain and ask if they can bring it out she said her manager can and he comes up no smile and rudely holds them out and says there you go and as Im still talking he turns his back and walks away, that was a horrible experience all I wanted to hear was they were sorry because they were the ones who took so long and forgot part of our order and I was extremely polite the whole time so there was no reason that a manager should be that rude!
