  Jimmy John’s is no longer freaky fast because they are using Uber for delivery. I thought it was only the weekends but it’s everyday. It’s taken over an hour to get food. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them any longer.

  They closed at 9:40 when it says they close at 10:00. I drove all the way here.

  Ordered mobile through the app. Took 45 minutes to deliver. Ordered a toasted sandwich and is completely cold. Would recommend picking up (as soon as you order so it isn't cold) versus ordering online.

  Refused to toast my Slim 1 & Slim 2 Why even offer toasted subs if you don’t toast all of your sandwiches?
