  Asked for avocado and cheese, neither ended up on my sandwich, cheese was on my receipt but avocado was not.

  We waited 25 minutes for an order. The 2 workers stated that they were working on a large delivery order and that their manager walked out and left them. We had to leave or we would be late for a school function. I asked for a refund because we could not wait any longer. I was told that they didn’t know how to process a refund and I would have to wait. The workers both said they were new and were struggling with making the orders because they didn’t have enough training. Worst Jimmy John’s ever! I do not recommend this location.

  I called the store and placed an order at 6 for delivery somehow my first order got stolen? I had the gps and watched someone sit in a random parking lot for 20 mins. I then get a call from jimmy johns asking if I got my order and I said no and they said someone picked it up but they will remake it. I think not even 4 minutes later get a text that my order is being delivered. I revived it missing my brownie after over and hour wait when I’m on my period and that’s the only thing I even wanted from there and the rest was for everyone else. I call them expecting them just to send me a brownie but no instead they charge my card for it now. And give me a credit like I’ll ever be back.

  Dale Mallory and Ben did such a great job and all was very friendly. Best service in along time. Keep up the good work guys. Even had the door open for us

  I have never ordered Jimmy John’s delivery before but after waiting almost an hour I decided to call the store to ask for a time frame and was told “we don’t have a delivery driver so you will be refunded” how is that not something you call the customer about!?!? Still have yet to receive my refund.
