The cup lids for medium were empty in which my husband refilled by searching under the counter as he was watched by an employee. Only a few forks and spoons, I had to ask for a clean knife. The same area where silverware and lids are kept the counter is dirty. The guy behind the counter was helpful but he too disappeared. Greasy baby handprints on the windows, fallen food by the trash, food and trash littered the floors in both the entry and eating area. If your dining room is in such filth one can only wonder what your kitchen looks like. I'd LOVE to speak with the franchise owner... management was equally useless. Disgusting experience.. thankful I'm current on my tetanus!
