I've been having the "Ultimate" pasta sampler that includes spaghetti, penne, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna -- each with their delicious, unique sauce -- plus baked Italian meatballs, a salad and, of course, the super yummy breadsticks! And the employees are the BEST -- VERY kind, pleasant, attentive and accommodating! Kudos to Olyvia, John, Vivian and the chef(s) for the extraordinary dining experience that prompted this writing! And the Fazoli's Rewards app is incredible, always surprising me with a special coupon deal; a special thank you to all the employees who've helped me navigate the app! I went home and there were only two. I was pretty disappointed as I was sharing this meal. I should’ve checked before I left. I even checked my receipt and I paid for the extra two that were missing. Also the breadsticks were so dry and chewy and hard. :(
