Apparently its very inconvenient to the employee for a customer to order ice cream when said employee is sick. The lady was so unbelievably rude! I will avoid this location. I dont need ice cream bad enough to deal with someone like that!

Consistently the WORST blizzards I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of life. Half the blizzard is huge plain, unmixed vanilla ice cream. Every. Single. Time. I’ve had the misfortune of visiting this location multiple times in the last year, always in hope that I’ll get a half way decent blizzard. Every single time I’m disappointed. The team members are always in a foul mood, like you are the biggest inconvenience they’ve ever dealt with. God forbid you bring up the unsatisfactory product, you’ll be met with an even more unpleasant young woman with blue hair who hates you and her job. Avoid giving this place your money if at all possible.

Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is tremendously rude. We pulled up to the drive thru and the person working opened with “what do you want”, my husband tried to order very kindly, the man goes “what do you want?”, he proceeded to order and the man asked if we wanted anything else. I’m a passenger so I’m a bit further from the speaker, and began my order, the man working abruptly cut me off and said “I cant hear that person” I then tried to loudly yell my order and the man working cut me off again and said “just pull forward.” Incredibly rude, disrespectful, service. We will not be returning.

On 01/05/2026 (my daughter birthday) my daughter and her dad went up to the window and and the man at the window asked if he had a mobile order and we said no he proceeded to say the window is only for mobile orders then also proceeded to slammed the window down in their faces but the window says “order here” it say nothing about mobile order only or anything mobile orders

I came to the drive-through tonight and I asked for a quart of half-and-half ice cream and I told the guy also I needed two Pepsi‘s. He only rang me up for one didn’t give me the other so I had to pay additional which is fine and then turned around And literally threw my change at me through the drive-through which I have dash cam and everything in the way he was talking to people he had a black shirt on tall his name is Derek and I just can’t believe how these people are like literally employed there and they let them talk to your guys customers. That way you guys are gonna drive away customers and we’re the ones that pay your guys’s bills I don’t even know if I wanna trust my drink now to be honest. This guy is very rude and disrespectful. I have work customer service so many different times I work for McDonald’s for 25 years and we are not allowed to treat people that way and just throw their money out And I asked him for my receipt. He shut the window so yeah I don’t think I’m gonna take any other stuff and I think I’m gonna dispose of it because it’s probably poisoned.
