He only rang me up for one didn’t give me the other so I had to pay additional which is fine and then turned around And literally threw my change at me through the drive-through which I have dash cam and everything in the way he was talking to people he had a black shirt on tall his name is Derek and I just can’t believe how these people are like literally employed there and they let them talk to your guys customers. That way you guys are gonna drive away customers and we’re the ones that pay your guys’s bills I don’t even know if I wanna trust my drink now to be honest. This guy is very rude and disrespectful. I have work customer service so many different times I work for McDonald’s for 25 years and we are not allowed to treat people that way and just throw their money out And I asked him for my receipt. He shut the window so yeah I don’t think I’m gonna take any other stuff and I think I’m gonna dispose of it because it’s probably poisoned.

My sister worked here years ago, so I thought I'd try it for my sons birthday. I will not be a Dairy queen customer ever again, unless they make this right. But, low and behold you can't get ahold of the manager, or even leave a message.

I had my brother pick it up, only to find out it wasn’t even close to the order. Tried calling the store several times and of course, no one answers. Horrible service and a complete waste of money. I’ll never order from this place again.
