  Sat at the drive through for 20min and nobody took my order. Drove around to the window and the lady was rude and said I needed to drive around again to place an order. I did and then had to wait another 10min to place an order.

  Ordered sandwich large drink and onion rings through drive thru. Asked for zesty sauce. Opened bag and no zesty sauce and onion rings are cold went back inside to get sauce and asked if I could have 2 but there policy is one per order. I would expect that if you never gave me any and made me come back in would be nice to give me two. Will never return to this store. If I would have read the reviews of this place before coming here I would have went someplace else. Tasty restaurant group should evaluate this store. Poor management.

  Drive in. Charged for a Cinnamon Apple Pie and never ordered it. Fries were cold and chicken in the wraps wasn't cooked properly. Whoever is cooking, needs to learn to cook otherwise problems will happen with food poisoning. Worst Burger King we gave ever been to. Restaurant wasn't busy, yet we received undercooked food and cold fries. Disgusting. Please, anyone reading this, don't buy food there. Only ordered menu no.8 and overcharged. Tried to call number on the top of the receipt, no answer. Message left. No one calls back.

  Was the only one at the store and they still can't get our order correctly. Even went as far as saying they can't customize sandwiche or warps if they can't ring up the customize item. Won't be going back to this location again

  Terrible experience. I went through drive through during the middle of the day. I was the only person in drive through and the only person at the whole store. The order taker made me pull to the end of the parking lot to avoid raising their drive times. I ordered one sandwich and it took over 12 minutes to receive the simple sandwich. I never received a receipt (I'm guessing so I couldn't give a survey). When I received the sandwich, it was cold, had old lettuce and pickles, and was rubbery to the touch. The drive though order taker requested my name, which shouldn't be necessary in a dead store and in a drive through. When the employee came to my car, he stunk and was overly rude. When I got home, I looked at my credit card was charged $9 for just a simple sandwich. I not only was taken for a ride, but will never be back to this location and I beg everyone else to not frequent this establishment. I hope your drive times are worth it, because now I understand why nobody was at this Burger King mid day. What a joke of a store. And no, an "expeditor ticket" is not a receipt. $9 for a Jr. Whopper? Sod off.
