  Everyone has a “homeless guy asking for a side salad with ranch story” but I just wanted to shed light on how well the team members in this BWW handled the situation. I also wanted to be clear if any of the team from this location happens to see this I asked him to stay outside 3 times out of respect for him and everyone in the restaurant. I did not condone him speaking for me at any point. I just kept a distance from that part of it due to his unpredictable erratic behavior. His demeanor was completely flipped from when I first encountered him sitting on the bench by the entrance. Next time someone wants to give back to a him (I gathered this is a repeat thing after committing to helping him) slip a job application into the bag if you won’t get in trouble for doing so. If he manages to fill it out (I’m pretty sure he’s not getting hired at this particular location) it would at least show some effort and bring back the human element of the situation he has lost with his behavior. Great job all involved.

  To whom it reaches, Buffalo Wild Wings HAD been my favorite restaurant chain EVER for 14 years, until now. I just don't get it anymore, orders are messed up, the app and website don't work right. It just feels like this whole chain (Not just in Des Moines) has taken a big turn down hill and no one cares. I've spent so much money on BWW for years and the past couple years, have told me it's just time to never step foot in the door again... Outside of previous issues, here is what sent me over the edge tonight... See attatched photos after. When running a Tuesday BOGO Bone-in deal, not only is it confusing on how the deal works. But how is it that, not only is it cheaper to just do the 20 Bone-in+fries+dips (where you get more). BUT on the BOGO Deal, you also make it mandatory to select 4 dips and CHARGE 4$ (.99each) MORE FOR DIPS, WHEN 4 DIPS ARE FREE ON EVERYTHING ELSE?!?! You guys have become a SCAM for more and more money. You've even made it so hard to contact anyone. The website says: 1. "For customer service, please click the “reach out” link at the bottom of this page." Yet THERE IS NO "REACH OUT" link... 2. "Click here to locate the address of your neighborhood Buffalo Wild Wings." All it does is bring you to the app home page and does not give you any information. All in all, I feel like BWW has just been scamming me the last 2 years after they've been apart of my life for 14 years. I've been a sucker to the "Deals" and "Rewards". I'm done!!! I'm finding myself a new wing place.

  I went in there pick up my order guy front of me been waiting for minutes bartender and other staff were in the bar, just talking looking at us and just laughing till I said hello yall going help us. The girl African-American was giving me attitude, rolling her eyes cuss me out and she told me you never come back to this location again was very rude I hope she gets fired it’s not oka talk to yur customers like that

  I ordered online and they forgot blue cheese and carrots for my family’s wings, an order of Mac and cheese, and beer cheese that comes with pretzel bites. They gave me a $7 dollar credit and I would’ve drove back but it is a snow storm today. It’s just disappointing that is the best they can do when it’s their fault the can’t read a simple ticket. And I tipped! Wingstop will be my new best friend.
