To start, the service was not good, we weren't greeted by the lady working the window, we said thank you every time she handed us something and we got no response, or "have a good night". From someone who used to work in the fast food industry, I know that our entire experience came from straight laziness and carelessness. The curly fries were soggy and Luke warm, my beef and cheddar had no cheese and was also barely warm. My husbands chicken bacon and Swiss had NO CHICKEN!!!!! No, I unfortunately did not get a picture of it as he was so upset he immediately threw it away. Our chocolate shake looked good but tasted really off, almost tasted like cleaner but we couldn't exactly put our finger on it. Safe to say we didn't drink it.. The only good thing out of this order was my fresh mozzarella sticks. I've gone to this location before, and it's never "the best" but usually it's good enough. We've never been the people to not eat what we order but last night was a first. I have no photographic evidence of the chicken sandwich or else I'd be trying to get a refund since we only ate 1 item in our $35 order :/
