Even after I showed them the confirmation and that my mobile order payment went through and that the transaction was posted to my card, the lady in the kitchen didn’t even want to listen; she just wanted to talk over me. I wish I could give them something below 1 star.
- AMAngie McKinleyMar 26, 20262.0I was pretty disappointed with this Chick-fil-A visit. The indoor dining area was very small, with tables that felt cramped and too close together. It didn’t make eating inside very comfortable. The play area was okay—nothing special, but it worked for keeping kids busy. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom. It smelled strongly of weed, which was really unpleasant and definitely not something you expect in a family-friendly restaurant. I was also super tiny and did not offer a lot of space to change an infant. The staff also didn’t seem very engaged or concerned about what was happening around them. Overall, it felt like the location wasn’t being taken care of as well as it should be.

Im grieving very recent death and all I wanted after not being able to eat for two days was this salad and the lady who answered the phone told me there was nothing she could do about it. If I could give zero stars i literally would. Additionally the food I did receive they didn’t even fill up the fry’s but half way. I have never received bad service from here before. I am shocked and disappointed. It’s sad to see once such a good restaurant fall into dark times with poor customer service and carelessness with the food they are serving.
