  The lines take forever. They need to figure out a better system and to get the iPads to function better. Literally shouldn’t take 20 mins for one coffee and only 3 total cars in front of me. You are trying to do the chic-fil-a method and it’s not working for you all. Coffee is always good though.

  I come here often, and normally rave about them BUT today (04/05/2026) I sat in line (right lane) for at least 30 minutes while others who pulled in at the same time as me (left lane) were gone within seven minutes. Kid working didn’t seem very thrilled, wasn’t dressed very professional, and was too busy running around having social hour with fellow coworkers and other vehicles, then delivering the drinks, or attending to his drink shack. My drink sat there for quite some time, as did other people’s in this lane. Not to mention it was watery by the time I got it. I always have a good experience here but today was a first. VERY Disappointing.

  Very long line but wanted to try it so we waited. Took a solid 20 minutes. Spend $36 on 5 drinks. One employee stood beside and walked along the car in front of us talking to the driver the entire time we were in the line. Another randomly came out talking to them. When we finally got to the front and the car in front of us pulled away, those two employees went inside talking with each other. Looking through the windows, it appeared that one employee was doing the majority of the work by herself, explaining the 20 minute wait. Now the drinks: iced Blondie coffee- definitely was not made with Breve. Tasted like someone sprinkled a couple flakes of instant coffee in a huge glass of 1% milk. Not impressed. Orange sherbet shake- I don’t know what this tasted like, but it wasn’t orange favored. It was dark pink in color. And the texture was of a smoothie made with ice, not ice cream. Got 2 of these. Not impressed. Peaches and cream shake- same texture as the orange shake. Very strong artificial peach flavor. It tasted like it was flavored with too many squirts of Mio. Not impressed. Banana shake- again, same weird texture. I didn’t taste this one but my son in law drank very little and said it “wasn’t terrible.” Won’t be back.

  Customer can’t have the menu? Wondering if the reason it’s taking forever is because one of the employees has been talking to the same car all the way around.

  Girls at SE 14th location have no customer service skills at all. Ones that take orders say you get receipt on other end. Girls there say they’re out of paper and it’s not their problem or their job. Wait for your drinks while you sit and watch them placed on the counter but other girl too busy talking to deliver your order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. And if they’re all like that, then I’d go to Starbucks or Spark Energy in Indianola and forget 7Brew all together. You call customer service and get bots only that tell you to email them. That’s poor customer service as well
