- EBEmily BlankenshipOct 28, 20251.0I ordered a medium snack wrap meal and when I got my food don't get me wrong the fries were hot but not salted so it was very bland and the chicken in my wraps were very tough and hard and they were cold like they were sitting there forever, I used to work at a McDonald's recently and this is absolutely unacceptable. You need to start making sure the food is decently fresh otherwise your going to lose customers with food not being fresh, like would you want to eat food that is dry, hard, and cold? No! Like cmon guyssssss.
