What could have been a very stressful time for us as adults turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The place was packed with several big groups of middle schoolers (who can definitely be difficult customers) and the staff handled it all like champs. Fresh pizza was coming out nonstop, and everyone working was still kind and patient despite all the noise and chaos. Huge shout-out to Derek, the manager. He stayed cool under pressure, was super flexible, and jumped in to help problem solve so things kept moving smoothly for everyone, whether they were part of the big groups or just there for a normal meal. And of course, the food was great! Highly recommend!

When I went to pick up, they said it was a system error and that I actually owed $11 more. I’d already paid online and didn’t bring my wallet, so I asked them to cancel it. I understand mistakes happen, but it would’ve been nice if they honored the price their system gave me or offered a better solution, especially since the pizzas were already made. Hopefully they fix the glitch so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Overall very dissapointed with their service and resolution.
