  2100 W Kimberly, Davenport IA. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks for my family. Upon arrival at the drive thru, I was informed that my order was accidentally given to another customer. I waited in the parking lot for my order to be remade. My order was hastily remade and brought out to me without my cheese sticks. I have not been refunded for the missing cheese sticks AND the pizzas were both undercooked. After emailing the company and providing feedback, the essence of the response I received was, "damn that sucks" Im sending an email to corporate now explaining why this specific store is the reason I am now cutting the franchise off for good. Lifetime customer 7 years as former employee with a different store.

  I ordered a pizza at 11 never got it call them They said they gave it to DoorDash for someone else then told me they was going to remake it in 30 mins 30 mins past nobody came with my pizza I called them they told me they was 10 mins from my house and my pizza still didn’t come

  I ordered online at 6:08pm. It said it would be ready by 6:23pm. As I sat in the parking lot I watched the workers all playing around and horseplaying. So when i came in, I expected my food to, at the very least, be ready. Its currently 6:34pm and I still havent got my food yet. The manager was rude and said it wasnt her fault that her workers didnt drop my food on time to be completed by the time the app said. When i came in it said ready on the screen above the counter, but it still is not ready yet. The manager refused to tell me her name so it would not be mentioned in the comments. She claims shes not obligated to. Her name started with k or c though. When the worker called her over I heard him say her name. She was very rude and refused to take any responsibility for her team's short comings, and she showed no remorse for the poor customer service. I cant forget the manager doesn't wear gloves while preparing the food. She literally came to the counter touched all on the register and went back to making someone elses food.

  Location isn't even open despite taking my online order and giving a confirmation. Probably won't try pizza hut again, tried it on a whim for a work lunch and they failed.

  Order two big new Yorkers pizza over over 35 minutes passed delivery time then got the pizza to find there's no pizza sauce on them what a joke
