- BJBrittany JonesMar 7, 20261.0The cashier who took my order was absolutely rude. The whole dining area was dirty. All tables and chairs were covered with crumbs. I asked the buss girl if I could clean the tables because they were all dirty. And instead of apologizing for the dirty tables and offering to make it better and clean them for us. She handed me a cleaning wipe. I have never experienced this behavior at an establishment before. I'm astounded.

I placed an order that showed “Ready for Rapid Pickup” at 7:55, but it was not ready. She made me wait until 8:15 and then said they would start preparing my order. Very unprofessional

That’s the reason I had food delivered. Panera would not send my missing food. Do NOT order the Mac and cheese bread bowl. They give you a tiny container of Mac and cheese. So it’s basically all bread. Don’t order delivery! If they mess up they don’t fix it.

I was given the wrong order so I called the store to let them know. They said my food was still in the store, so it should arrive shortly. I called an hour later (still with no food) and they are now saying there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this store to anyone, especially if you are sick. Complete waste of time. P.S. I have never left a review before but that is how bad my experience has been.
