  This is more about McDonald’s corporate than it is this location (though the experience happened at this location). My child (4 years old) was playing in the play place when this large and much older child (12-13 years old, roughly 180-200 lbs) became belligerent toward my child in the play place area. There are signs indicating children are only allowed to play up to a certain age. This child was well past that age. Parents were physically around, but not monitoring their son as he became verbally aggressive/violent toward my child. I spoke up (on behalf of my child who was mortified by this other child’s actions) in front of that child’s parents. This complaint is more about the lack of age enforcement in the play place to keep it safe for all children, particularly the children who go to McDonald’s to have fun and feel safe.
