  I thought I would try them again… Used to go there all the time… I go to Jersey Mikes now… sad little sandwich as you can see in my picture… I had it “toasted” and delivered. No. 15…. Sooooo, they didn’t supply the mayo I requested, it was tasteless, I was truly surprised… shame, they are going the route of Subway. I will not go back…. Sorry JJ, you lost your roots!

  Came in on my lunch to order and ordered the toasted combo because under the description it says any regular sandwich so i ordered a turkey tom and the gentlemen at the register was like no you cant order that sandwich with that combo so i look back up to reread the other combo description and i was getting ready to talk again the worker said someone switch me out so he could handle something.....um you have a customer in front of you couldnt you left the register after i was done ordering or inform me excuse me im going to switch out with my coworker. So i finsh ordering and I ordered a large drink and had to ask the worker do i just grab my own drink up now. I was at the point of okay imma get my food and go.....ask im filling my cup trying to grab a lid another worker comes round the corner and reaches over me and start filling up his drink. Is it hard to excuse yourself? Love jimmy johns but wont be going back to this one.

  Ordered a orginal sub and got a lil John. Also the bottom of the bread is hard as a rock. Jimmy would be ashamed
