Apart from the rude service they like to close up for the night 30-45 minutes early (including not accepting online orders) and literally park a car at the front of the drive-through so no one is allowed to come in. They also like to disconnect the phone to continue to hide from their literal jobs that they get paid to do. If you want taco bell go to a different location.
