  Nisha was at the window and she was great!!! She had a great attitude and her smile was so warm :D They always do a great job at this location! I love getting my post-work snacks from here.

  Literally the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. Other taco bells are slow as well but not anywhere near as bad as this one. I mean waiting over half an hour for them to have a door dash pickup ready, mind you not a single person in the restaurant and zero cars in drive through. This is EVERY time I'm here. If I could negative stars I would!

  Malia at Kimberly location is the bomb! Only reason I go back and now I only go to that one. Everywhere else is so/so

  This store is MUCH more positive and welcoming and MUCH more friendly than any other Taco Bell store that I have visited in the Quad Cities. The cashier Brandan W greeted my friend and I with a smile and VERY helpful service. Also other employees acknowledged my friend and I with smiles and greetings when we were coming into the store to eat. Definitely a great atmosphere to eat in!!

  I have a new Taco Bell to frequent now!! I always use the drive thru and always am ordering/leaving with a chuckle. Brandon is THE BEST drive thru person ever!! His energetic personality comes right through the speaker! He will make you smile and is fun to talk to. My orders have always been accurate and aside from that it always takes a team with me. Customer service has been top notch every time no matter who is working. Management here must be awesome to head a team like this! 😊
