Half the time, per my experience anyway, if you don't check, they won't include everything you ordered. Most recently I went in for a pickup order, was given something, presumed to be the full order. I check--half the order, not there. I ask for it. They hand it. A drink is missing, I realize. I ask again; they give me that (which was ready). Ah great; bread missing. I ask again. We're all exhausted by the exchange. He hands me bread. I leave because I'm tired asking for missing things in the menu. Still missing: a side. We're paying basically $20 per head for dinner at this place. Chronically incorrect order fulfillment sits at the top of the list at *that price point*.
