I’ve recently had to go back because we weren’t given our chips even though they were checked off on the receipt. This time we got home and our soup cups were half full. Panera is not cheap, you should at the very least get what you pay for.

Went back in and had cheese on the salad which we took off online when placing the order. Manager tried to argue and was apathetic when I complained about the wrong orders soup spilling on my lap. The order they accidentally gave us they tried to give to the correct customer after we gave it back and that customer wanted to have it remade and they tried to argue with him as well. First time at this location, and last.
