  I went in with some friends to enjoy some time together to catch up and talk, but unfortunately the whole time sitting in there the workers were so obnoxiously loud. I couldn’t hear what my friends were saying. Very unpleasant won’t be going there again. They also messed up my food and didn’t make it right.

  Took 20 minutes to get one sandwich. Employees standing around looking confused about helping the online orders or actual customers standing in front of them. One employee chucking sandwiches without writing the number on them to determine whose order is up next. Basically a child's temper tantrum as an adult employee.

  I order catering for my company through this Jimmy John's. They're always on time. The food itself looks great (correct orders, sturdy boxes, etc). And the delivery drivers have always been pleasant. We enjoy seeing them! Thank you 53rd St. JJ's team!
